Explore some of the region's iconic biodynamic and low-intervention producers, redefining the impact of Alsace through sustainable practices and characterful wines.

“Juan is a solid wine educator, happy to share his preferences… while encouraging us to explore our own preferences.”

“Four of us joined Juan for an excellent afternoon navigating the beautiful vineyards of Alsace on e-bikes.

Having the chance to taste multiple styles ("natural" compared with more traditional approaches) from the same vineyard, while in that vineyard, was a great learning experience. We had a couple of producer visits that were great and helped personalise the region.

Juan is a solid wine educator, happy to share his preferences and what he’s excited about, while encouraging us to explore our own preferences. I’m very confident in recommending Wine Guru on Wheels for a memorable day in the vines, and any other wine-related events!”

About this
Wine Tour

We appreciate and enjoy wines of all styles, but we have naturally inclined hearts.

In Alsace, the balmy climate and dry, sunny autumn weather are conducive to biodynamic vineyard practices. As you well know, love and care in the vineyards tend to be followed by a “hands-off” approach to winemaking.

Our e-bike tour takes us along some of the most iconic vineyards and towns to explore low-intervention and natural producers. We visit two or three producers depending on availability. These winemakers add character and flair to Rieslings and Pinot Gris, and they open the palate of flavors with skin-macerated Gewurztraminers—a must-taste wine in Alsace!
